Setting up customer reminder emails for upcoming tours

Learn how to setup a reminder email that gets sent to your customers before their tour begins.

If you would like to automatically send an email to your customers 72 hours and 24 hours before their tour begins, please follow the below instructions:

VERY IMPORTANT:

  • Only bookings that have an email address will receive a reminder email (This would be the customer email entered in the booking details).

  • You do need to add information to the reminder email settings section. Otherwise, no reminder email is sent.
