Learn how to send automated emails to your customers after they've been on your tour with a custom message for reviews and feedback.

First of all, for Junglebee to send an automated email to all customers 24 hours after they have been on your tour, the following needs to be done for it to work:

  • The booking needs to have an email

  • You do need to enter a custom message (Can includes links to your TripAdvisor page, social media and more)
