Custom questions can be a very powerful tool for tour operators to facilitate an easier booking process.
It's a great way to collect important information such as shoe sizes, allergies or food/drink preferences, and so much more.
All custom questions can be either required or optional for guests to answer.
Response types can be either:
Yes or No
Select from a list of options
Short answer text input

Summary:
Part 1: Set up questions in My Account:
Head to "My Account"
Find the "Questions" tab at the end
Click the green plus button to add a new question
Enter the question text
Decide whether or not the question is required (CHECK TO MAKE IT A REQUIRED QUESTION.)
Select the answer type from the options available
Click "Create"
Part 2: Add questions to a tour or private charter
Head to "Manage Tours"/"Manage Private Charters"
Select the tour or charter you'd like the question added to (click "edit")
Select the "Tour Settings" tab
Scroll to the bottom. Here you will see the list of Available questions (Not Active) that you created in "My Account"
To activate a question for that tour/charter, drag the question over to the "Active questions" box
Click "Save" at the bottom
Your custom questions will now appear as a step in the booking process for agents and guests.
