How to set up the contracts feature for your private charters

A step by step guide outlining how to start using Contracts for Private Charters in Junglebee

If you have private charters offered through Junglebee, using the contract feature can be a great way to add an extra layer of protection for you and your guests.

To set up your account to begin sending contracts to your guests, please follow these steps:

  1. Once logged into your account, navigate to the "Menu" and select "Manage Private Charters".

  2. Click "Edit" on the charter you'd like to add a contract to.

  3. Choose the "Charter Settings" tab.

  4. Scroll down to the "Contract Details" section. Here, you fill in the following sections:

    • Who needs to sign the contract at your company by default? Please enter their email, for each contract sent out, they will receive a request to sign the contract.

    • Default signer full name.

    • Please enter all the content that your contract should include by default. Do note that all the customer & booking details will automatically be included in the contract. Do you wish to automatically send a contract & electronic signature request for bookings received via your website for this trip? (Yes or No)

Once you have completed all sections, your contract will be ready to send to guests who book the charter either:

  • as soon as they create a booking on your website (if you selected "Yes" above)

  • or manually via the "Send Contract" button at the bottom of the booking in your dashboard.
