How to send an amended contract (after making booking changes)

Step-by-step instructions on how to make changes to a booking and send an amended contract

If you've created a private charter contract but need to make changes to the booking and contract, please check out the following short video and/or follow the steps below:

How to amend a private charter contract in Junglebee:

  1. Open the booking in your dashboard.

  2. Click "Edit" in the right-hand menu and make the necessary booking changes as usual (such as a change in date, number of guests, etc.).

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the booking. You will see "Booking has been changed".

  4. Click "Send Amended Contract with Latest Changes" at the bottom of the booking.

  5. Cancel the original contract by clicking "Options" > Cancel Contract.

You will receive an email with the amended contract to sign as a supplier.

Once the guest has also signed, the contract will show a "Completed" status.
