Once you've created a contract in your private charter booking, there are several "Options" available within the contracts feature:

  • Download Contract

  • Send Reminder

  • Cancel Contract

  1. Download Contract: Selecting this option allows you to download and save a contract, whether "In Process" or "Completed".

  2. Send Reminder: Selecting this option allows you to send a reminder email to the guest to sign the contract that you have already sent.

  3. Cancel Contract: Selecting this option allows you to cancel a contract that has already been created.

We recommend creating a test booking to see what your contract looks like and experiment with the above options so that you can make any necessary adjustments.
