#1 Go to Manage Tours in Menu on top right of screen
#2 Find the tour you want and click on EDIT
#3 Go to the "Schedule" tab
#4 Click on anywhere in the "White" blank column under the day you want to create a schedule
#5 A little window will pop up, this is where you add all settings for your schedule.
YOU MUST ENTER THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
AVAILABLE SPOTS (This where you set how much space you have on the tour, so if you can take up to 20 persons, set it to 20. If you are a jet ski tour and have 5 jet skis for this tour, set it to 5).
START DATE: Enter date from when this trip starts.
START TIME: You must choose the start time of your tour
DURATION: Don't forget to enter how long your tour will be.
#6 To make the tour not repeat so it happens on just one day or certain days of the week, you must scroll a little further down in the pop up window to the section called "REPEATS".
If your schedule is just one day, make sure you select "One Day Only" in the REPEATS option section (See picture below). By doing this, a new date and time will be created for this tour that you are working on and you will have a new trip for your customers to book on that specific day.
If it happens every Tuesday and Wednesday, make sure you select weekly and choose which days of the week it must appear on.
#7 Now click on "CREATE" and you should see your new trip appear on the date nd time you selected!
