How to Connect Stripe to Junglebee

Step-by-step guide to linking your Stripe account.

Connecting Stripe to Junglebee is the first step to accepting online credit card payments from your guests. Once connected, Stripe handles all payment processing, security, and payouts directly to your bank account.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have an active Stripe account. If you don't have one yet, visit stripe.com to create one — it's free to sign up and Stripe only charges fees when you process payments. Check here if Stripe is available in your country.

Steps to Connect Stripe

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right, then select Settings.

  2. Click Payments in the left sidebar.

  3. On the Payments settings page, locate the Stripe section at the top.

  4. Click Connect Stripe Account. You will be redirected to Stripe's secure authorization page.

  5. Sign in to your Stripe account (or create one if prompted).

  6. Review the permissions Junglebee is requesting and authorize the connection (button text may vary on Stripe's side).

  7. You will be redirected back to Junglebee. A green confirmation banner will appear, and your Stripe account will now show as Connected.

Verifying Your Connection

After connecting, return to Settings > Payments. The Stripe section should display a Disconnect option. If you see a warning or error, click Connect Stripe Account again and re-authorize.

What Happens Next

Once Stripe is connected:

  • Guests can enter their credit card details on your booking checkout page.

  • Payments are captured immediately at the time of booking.

  • Funds are paid out to your bank account on a 7-day rolling basis by default.

  • Stripe sends you a receipt email for every transaction.

Disconnecting Stripe

To disconnect Stripe, go to Settings > Payments and click Disconnect next to your connected account. Note that disconnecting Stripe will disable credit card payments for all your tours until you reconnect.
