Working with the Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a daily view of your tours and private trips, allowing you to quickly see existing bookings, manage availability, and create new bookings.

When a selected date has no bookings, all available products and time slots will be displayed.

Standard tours are displayed individually, showing all available departure times for that day.

Private trips are grouped by product type. Expand a product section to view available time slots and resources.

When a date contains one or more bookings, the Dashboard is organized into three sections:

The Booking Summary displays all bookings scheduled for that date in a single location.

For standard tours, you'll see:

This section provides a quick overview of everything scheduled for the day.

This section displays standard tour departures that do not currently have bookings.

Select the section to expand and view available time slots.

Available actions include:

This section displays private trip availability that does not currently have bookings.

Select the section to expand and view available time slots and resources.

Availability can be managed directly from the Dashboard.

Select the block icon beside a tour departure to prevent additional bookings from being made for that departure.

Select the gear icon to change the total spots available for that individual timeslot. You can also choose to delete that timeslot.

Expand the relevant private trip section and select the block icon beside the desired time slot.

For standard tours, select the passenger list icon to view all bookings and on that departure. You can click to view the details of each booking from the passenger list.

For private trips, select View to open the booking and review the booking details.
