Hello, Agent!

Watch this 3-minute video for a quick explanation of the different ways you can process payments for booking in Junglebee.

It is very important to enter the payment method correctly so that tour operators know exactly how deposits/commissions are being handled.

Summary:

Commissions:

As an agent, it is up to you to organize commission and payment handling with the tour operator. Some operators prefer you collect on the deposit (commission) amount and have the guest pay the remaining balance upon their arrival at the tour. Other operators may prefer you collect the entire payment via JB Pay, where the commission amount is sent to your account and the remaining balance to theirs.

Payment Methods:

  1. Cash: Collecting physical cash for a booking.

  2. POS (CC): Using your own credit card machine to process the payment. (NOT related to JB Pay).

  3. JB Pay: For more information about our own credit card processing system JB Pay, click here. Please note: JB Pay is not automatically enabled for agents. To use JB Pay, please contact our support team.

  4. PayPal: Processing payment via your PayPal account.

  5. Agent Pre-paid: If another agent sends a booking your way, you can use this option. Adding them as an agent will invite them to Junglebee.

  6. Voucher: If a Tour Operator/Agency has issued Vouchers, you can indicate that here.

  7. Room Charge: As a hotel, you can charge the deposit or tour amount to the room and indicate it to the tour operator using this option.

  8. Other: Any other payment not listed can be mentioned here.

Thank you for watching!
