If you have private charters in Junglebee, using the contract feature can be a great way to add an extra layer of protection for you and your guests.

Once you have completed all Contract Details in the Charter Settings, your contract will be ready to send to guests who book the charter.

There are two ways to send a contract:

  1. Automatically, as soon as a guest creates a booking on your website (if you selected "Yes" in the Charter Details).

  2. Manually via the "Send New Contract" button at the bottom of the booking in your dashboard:

Once you've sent a contract, it will show the status of the contract as "In Process" until both parties (yourself, the operator as well as the guest) have signed:

You will receive an email with the link to the contract where you can review and sign on the supplier side.

There are several "Options" available within the contracts feature:

  • Download Contract

  • Send Reminder

  • Cancel Contract
