How to set a booking status for private charters

Learn how to set a checked-in or no-show status for a private booking.

It's important to set the status of a booking for accurate reporting and if you are using JB Pay - we can only send funds for your bookings once we know that they have been completed.

There are currently four statuses available for each booking:

  • Pending: When a booking is made, it is by default set to pending.

  • Checked-in: Once a private trip has started, you can go to the booking details and check in the guests to indicate that the reservation has been delivered!

  • No show: If guests didn't show up and you are planning to charge them anyways because they didn't respect the cancelation policy, then use the no-show status.

  • Cancelled: If at any time you cancel a booking, it should be given a cancelled status.
